The Destil.leria dels Ports was born in Prat de Comte, the town in Catalonia recognized for its "Festa de l'Aiguardent" (Spirit's Festival) and a town with a long tradition of spirits and distilling.

An example of this tradition is the old still of the old distillery, which still exists.

And now, this tradition continues with the new distillery: the Desti.leria dels Ports.

The Destil.leria dels Ports is equipped with a new still that combines tradition and modernity. It preserves the tradition because it contains the copper that has been and is the base material of the stills, but now complemented with a modern steel construction. In addition, with its high column, it allows the best separation and rectification of alcohols during distillation, in a measurable and adjustable process.

This is how the Destil.leria dels Ports continues the spirit's and distillation tradition of Prat de Comte.
