Ginebra dels Ports is a sober and austere gin, just as Els Ports are: this quality will impose its essences on you with depth, without hiding, which will flow from the bottle, intense and fierce, just by uncorking it. Based on classic gin, you will feel the flair of Els Ports and the juniper that grows there. For its production we use the water of these "Terres Altes" (Highlands), after a careful process of maceration and distillation.

We recommend using a neutral tonic-water to make your gin-tonic.

Our products, as well as yours, are distillates and spirits. These drinks, also called spirits, contain the spirit - the essences - of the plants, fruits, flowers or seeds that form and compose them. And they are also spirituous because we extract the essences by macerating or infusing them with wine spirit. And, to become distilled, the last step is distillation, a process with which we extract the best and finest alcohol from the maceration.
